ARMOS Graduate Production Program

The ARMOS Graduate Production Program is a structured, cohort-based graduate programme for engineering graduates that provides accelerated, hands-on training in precast production and on-site construction. Participants rotate across advanced production lines to gain practical experience with the company's product portfolio, including hollow core slab production. The programme places participants on the production floor and emphasizes real-world operational responsibilities from day one. The September 2026 intake will select a small, selective cohort to train and work together.
