MSF Eastern Africa Media Fellowship Programme 2026

The MSF Eastern Africa Media Fellowship Programme is a funded opportunity for journalists based and publishing in Eastern Africa. Fellows participate in a full-day workshop, develop story pitches, and may receive support to report humanitarian stories with access to MSF projects and experts, aimed at producing high-quality reporting on health and humanitarian issues in the region.

Training from media and communication professionals; coverage of project visit costs; access to MSF projects and experts to support reporting.

Open to journalists based and publishing in the Eastern Africa region with a minimum of three years of work experience, affiliated with a media organisation or accredited as a freelancer.
