Ogilvy Giants (OG) Graduate Programme

The Ogilvy Giants (OG) Graduate Programme is a 12-month, paid graduate experience in South Africa that places participants across disciplines to work on real briefs for local and global brands. The programme includes mentorship, hands-on training in digital marketing and communications, and exposure to senior leaders and clients. Applicants select one of two briefs to develop as part of their application, demonstrating practical thinking and creative problem-solving.

All South African citizens with a tertiary qualification completed within the last five years, including those graduating at the end of 2026, are eligible to apply for the OG Graduate Programme.
