DAAD EPOS Scholarship for MSc Environmental Governance 2027

The DAAD EPOS Scholarship for MSc Environmental Governance supports selected professionals from developing countries to pursue the two-year Master of Science in Environmental Governance at the University of Freiburg. The program combines academic study with practical approaches to environmental management and governance, preparing graduates for roles in government, international organizations, research, and development sectors. The scholarship is offered through the DAAD EPOS program to facilitate advanced studies related to sustainable development.

DAAD scholarship funding covers the Master’s program costs for selected international students; the two-year MEG program at the University of Freiburg.

Citizens of eligible developing countries listed under DAAD DAC countries; applicant must have completed an academic degree within the last six years, have at least two years of relevant professional experience after the first degree, demonstrate above-average academic performance, and have limited prior residence in Germany.

Complete the MEG and DAAD scholarship application documents and submit them as a single PDF through the University of Freiburg application process, including a motivation letter, CV, academic records, proof of work experience, and required certificates.
