Biozentrum PhD Fellowships Program 2026-27 in Switzerland

The Biozentrum PhD Fellowships Program offers international PhD opportunities at the Biozentrum, University of Basel, in Switzerland. The fellowships provide a competitive entry pathway to the Basel PhD program with rotation-based lab assignments and support for attending scientific meetings and courses during the PhD. A maximum of 10 fellows are selected each year through a rigorous competitive process, funded by the Werner Siemens Foundation and the University of Basel.

Rotation-based research in multiple laboratories (minimum two labs), financial support for the PhD period, and assistance for attending scientific meetings and courses.
