Caribbean Development Bank International Master in Public Procurement Management Scholarship 2026/2027

The Caribbean Development Bank International Master in Public Procurement Management (IMPPM) Scholarship supports experienced public procurement professionals to pursue the IMPPM at the University of Rome Tor Vergata, Italy, for the 2026/2027 academic year. The scholarship is fully funded and includes tuition, travel to Italy, accommodation and subsistence in Italy, a 350 USD administrative lump-sum, and potential visa-related costs. The program runs for about one year and combines classroom study, distance learning, an internship, and a final dissertation, with in-person study in Rome for 4.25 months.

Citizens of eligible Caribbean Development Bank Borrowing Member Countries who are currently employed in professional public procurement roles within government or eligible Caribbean public regional institutions.
