The HP Cambridge Partnership for Education EdTech Fellowship is a five-month study programme designed to equip education decision-makers in the Middle East and North Africa with the expertise to drive digital transformation in national education systems. The fellowship combines online modules with a five-day residential academy in Cambridge, UK, and focuses on EdTech policy, leadership, and policy design with a practical national project.

Certification from HP Inc. and Cambridge University Press & Assessment, a residential week in Cambridge, hands-on national EdTech project and expert coaching, access to a global alumni network, and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Open to senior policymakers, civil servants, or advisers in ministries of education and leaders of organisations engaged in education, across the Middle East and North Africa, with fluency in English.
