McKinsey & Company Young Leaders Program 2025

The McKinsey & Company Young Leaders Program is a two-year full-time consulting program designed to develop exceptional young local talent into leaders. Fellows work on client projects in teams, receive training, and are mentored by experienced colleagues; at the end of the program, high-performing fellows may progress into a business analyst role.

One-year full-time internship with training and mentoring; potential progression to a business analyst role after the program.

Undergraduate or master’s degree with strong academic performance; leadership demonstrated through extracurricular activities or work; exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; English proficiency; ability to work in a team.

Submit a one-page CV indicating GPA/ranking and high school mean grade. Refer to the Young Leaders Program pages for Nairobi or Addis Ababa.
