The Edith Cavell Trust Scholarship

The Edith Cavell Trust Scholarship at Avondale University supports eligible nursing and midwifery students and professionals to pursue education, research, clinical education and professional development. It is available to Australian nurses, midwives, nursing/midwifery assistants and students in these disciplines. The scholarship provides a partial funding award to assist with study- or professional development-related costs. Recipients are selected following assessment of submitted applications and supporting documents.

AUD 5,000 grant to support eligible study, research, clinical education or professional development activities.

Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents and must be nurses, midwives, assistants in nursing or midwifery, or students in these disciplines; applicants must meet NSWNMA membership requirements and undertake eligible nursing/midwifery studies, research, clinical education, professional development, conferences, or seminars.
