Designers in Residence Scholarship 2027

The Designers in Residence Scholarship is a residency programme that supports young designers in developing project work at EMMA – Kreativzentrum Pforzheim. Participants gain access to fully equipped workshops and, if required, facilities at Pforzheim University. The residency includes a monthly allowance, travel reimbursement, free accommodation and an exhibition opportunity at EMMA. The programme is open to international applicants working in jewellery, fashion, accessories, industrial and communication design.

€1,000 monthly allowance; reimbursement for travel to and from Pforzheim; free accommodation during the residency; access to fully equipped workstations at EMMA and Pforzheim University; presentation of project results in an exhibition at EMMA.

Open to young designers; fields of study listed include jewellery, fashion, accessories, industrial and communication design; open to international applicants.
