Hertfordshire Crisis and Resilience Fund 2026

The Hertfordshire Crisis and Resilience Fund provides grants to local organisations working to tackle food insecurity, financial hardship and cost-of-living pressures in Hertfordshire. It supports immediate crisis assistance such as food and household essentials and longer-term initiatives to improve financial resilience and reduce future reliance on emergency support. Grants are intended for organisations delivering services or projects that benefit people in Hertfordshire. Funding can cover operational costs for food banks, community kitchens, budgeting advice and similar services.

Grant awards starting at £5,000 to cover food, household essentials, food-bank operations, utilities, community kitchens/pantries, budgeting advice and related services.

Not-for-profit organisations, registered charities, community groups, voluntary organisations, faith groups (subject to conditions), Community Interest Companies (CICs) (subject to conditions), housing associations (subject to conditions) and family centres delivering services or projects that benefit people in Hertfordshire.
