THRIVE – Upskilling Program for Women 2025

THRIVE is a free 9-month upskilling program for women who have experienced forced migration and currently live in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland. The program provides training in Data Analytics and Applied Artificial Intelligence, with online tutoring, hands-on practice, language support options, webinars, career coaching, and networking opportunities. An online internship may be available as part of the program.

Online tutoring sessions, hands-on practice with real-world datasets, optional language training in German or English, live webinars with company speakers, career coaching, networking events, and potential online internship.

You are a woman who has experienced forced displacement and lives in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland. You should have at least an intermediate level of English (B1) and be motivated to study about 5 hours per week for 9 months.
