Anthony Lester Fellowship 2025-2026

The Anthony Lester Fellowship supports lawyers or law students to undertake practical fieldwork in human rights and the rule of law outside their country of residence. Fellows work on a fieldwork project for at least three months and present their findings at Bard College in New York with travel and accommodation included. A short report is published and fellows may discuss their work with the Odysseus Trust.

Stipend of $25,000; travel and accommodation for presentation; opportunity to publish a report; potential professional networking.

The fellowships are open to early-career lawyers or law students.
