The Guardian Digital Journalist Scheme 2026

The Guardian Digital Journalist Scheme 2026 is a paid programme offering 40 positions for journalists and content professionals to develop multi-platform digital journalism skills across video, audio, photography, text, social media and audience engagement within a major international news organisation. The scheme targets candidates with two to three years of relevant experience and provides a salary of £48,000. It is delivered in partnership with Creative Access and aims to broaden participants’ capabilities beyond a single journalism format.
