Pamela J. Carter Future Nurses of Southern California Scholarship

The Pamela J. Carter Future Nurses of Southern California Scholarship is a merit- and need-based undergraduate scholarship for students in Los Angeles or San Diego Counties pursuing an associate’s degree in nursing (ADN) or a Bachelor of Science in nursing (BSN) at an accredited college or university. It provides tuition support for undergraduate study and is administered by Scholarship America. Awards are renewable for up to three years, contingent on maintaining required academic performance and full-time enrollment.

Tuition scholarships ($5,000 per year for 2-year programs or $10,000 per year for 4-year programs), renewable contingent on satisfactory academic performance and full-time enrollment; payments issued in August.

Applicants must be U.S. citizens and Southern California residents in LA or San Diego County, be a high school senior, graduate, or current college undergraduate, and plan to enroll full-time in an ADN or BSN program at an accredited CA college or university for the upcoming academic year.
