Request for Proposals: Catalyst Grant Program 2024

The Catalyst Grant Program 2024 invites proposals from nonprofit organisations to use data and technology to advance racial equity and reform in the adult criminal legal system. The program provides funds to cover project costs, implementation assistance, peer learning opportunities, and access to Microsoft technology and related support. Selected applicants receive grant funds and support to carry out their projects.

Lead organisations are locally embedded 501(c)(3) organizations based in the U.S., excluding colleges and universities; they focus on communities of color, particularly Black communities. Lead organisations may include partner organisations that do not meet lead-organization criteria.
