Westpac Social Change Fellowship

The Westpac Social Change Fellowship is a funded professional fellowship that invests in social entrepreneurs and leaders who are driving positive social change in Australia. Each year up to ten Fellows receive personal development funding and participate in a bespoke leadership program including a residential experience and ongoing coaching. Fellows become lifelong members of the Westpac 100 Scholars Network and attend exclusive events such as the Westpac Scholars Summit. The Fellowship supports activities such as study tours, short courses, conferences, coaching and stakeholder engagement to build leadership capability and networks.

Up to $50,000 personal development funding; bespoke leadership coaching including a 4-day residential experience and ongoing group coaching; lifelong membership of the Westpac 100 Scholars Network; invitation to Westpac Scholars Summit and exclusive events.

Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents, over 18, with experience initiating and leading social change and currently in a leadership role responsible for leading a team; their organisation/initiative must address a social issue affecting Australian communities and be beyond the validation stage with evidence of social impact and community support. Applicants must seek funding for personal development (not for the organisation) and be able to commit to full participation in the fellowship program.
