ASRI Future Leaders Programme 2025

The ASRI Future Leaders Programme 2025 is an intensive, full-time training programme for young university graduates in South Africa. It aims to develop leadership and skills for careers in civil society and government, with a focus on social justice, governance, policy, and development. The programme includes a four-month training component and an optional externship period for selected participants.

Monthly stipend of R3,500 and a data SIM card with 20–30 GB per month for the duration of the programme.

Applicants should ideally have active engagement with community organisations, leadership experience, and at least an undergraduate degree or diploma; they must be able to attend on-site sessions and be 30 years of age or younger, with South African citizenship or residency.
