Asia Pacific Leadership Program (APLP) 2027

The Asia Pacific Leadership Program (APLP) is a premier leadership development program for mid-career professionals in the Indo-Pacific region. It combines place-based experiential learning with a residential leadership laboratory in Hawai‘i to build strategic leadership skills and professional networks. The 2027 edition focuses on global and geoeconomic trends shaping economic security and includes a cohort-based experience with a multi-week residential component in Hawai‘i and virtual connections before and after the residency.

Leadership development training, a residential experience in Hawai‘i, access to a global alumni network of 700+ members from 45 countries, and ongoing learning opportunities after completion.

Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent and have at least five years of work experience; there are no citizenship, age, or ethnicity restrictions.
