The Matsumae International Foundation Research Fellowship Program invites overseas researchers to conduct research in Japan. Fellows may choose a host institution in Japan and will engage in research across natural science, engineering, and medicine, along with a study tour to experience Japanese culture and technology.

Beneficios

Monthly allowance for research and living expenses, initial setup allowance, round-trip airfare to Tokyo, travel insurance, and a study tour.

Requisitos

Open to overseas researchers who hold a Ph.D. or equivalent, are 45 years old or younger, have sufficient English or Japanese ability, and must obtain acceptance from a host institution in Japan before applying.

Secure acceptance from a host institution in Japan, then submit the application documents by the stated deadline.
