KAS Scholarship for International Students – Study & Research in Germany

The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) offers a fully funded scholarship program for international graduate and doctoral students who want to pursue higher education or research in Germany. The program supports Master’s and PhD students with monthly stipends, health insurance subsidies, and additional allowances, along with academic mentoring and networking opportunities within a global alumni community.

Financial support via monthly stipends, health insurance subsidy, family allowances, travel reimbursements, tuition reimbursement (where applicable), plus academic mentoring and access to seminars and a global alumni network.

Non-EU international graduates applying for a Master’s, PhD, or long-term research program (minimum four semesters) in Germany.

Submit an online application with CV, transcripts and degree certificates, proof of German language proficiency, two letters of recommendation, and a motivation letter.
