UNDP Policy Advisor, Gender in Fragility and Crisis

UNDP is seeking a Policy Advisor to lead and support gender integration in crisis and fragility prevention and response, including recovery, with emphasis on women’s empowerment and the Women, Peace, and Security agenda. The role involves policy leadership, advisory support, program development and resource mobilization, and representation in interagency and donor settings. Responsibilities include developing gender-sensitive frameworks for crisis contexts, coordinating with UNDP offices, and contributing to knowledge management and learning on gender in crisis settings.

Advanced university degree or equivalent and substantial professional experience in gender, development, or related fields; senior-level experience in crisis settings is described as desirable.
