Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA) Scholarship 2026

The Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA) Scholarship 2026 is a fully-funded scholarship program for international students who want to pursue a Ph.D. in Singapore. It is offered by the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), in collaboration with leading universities in Singapore, including NUS, NTU, and SMU. Benefits include full tuition coverage, a monthly stipend, a one-time airfare grant, a settlement allowance, and a settling-in grant.

Full tuition coverage, monthly stipend (S$2,200 rising to S$2,700 after first examination, one-time airfare grant up to S$1,500, one-time settlement grant up to S$1,000, and settling-in allowance up to S$1,000)

International students who have completed a bachelor’s degree and wish to pursue a Ph.D. in science and engineering; not eligible for master’s programs.
