The Weidenfeld‑Hoffmann Scholarships and Leadership Programme at the University of Oxford provides fully funded graduate scholarships for outstanding students from developing and emerging economies. It covers 100% of course fees plus a living stipend, along with a leadership development programme that includes mentoring, networking, and various skill-building activities.
