Hans-Peter Wild Talent Scholarships 2027

The Hans-Peter Wild Talent Scholarships at Heidelberg University provide a monthly stipend to talented and motivated students in STEM fields from Germany and abroad from their very first semester. The scholarship is funded by Dr Hans-Peter Wild and aims to support students financially to enable focus on academic excellence and innovation throughout their degree.

€1,000 monthly stipend; access to a network of talented students; opportunities for collaboration and interdisciplinary projects.

Bachelor’s or Master’s applicants who are first-semester students in STEM programmes at Heidelberg University, open to German and international students, with funding requiring subsequent enrolment.

Submit the online application between 15 May and 31 July 2026, including details of the intended STEM programme and confirmation that the programme contains at least 50% STEM content; funding requires enrolment at Heidelberg University.
