Bilateral scholarships offered by the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Croatia and the Agency for Mobility and EU Programmes for study or research at Croatian higher education or research institutions. The mobility can be during the 2026/2027 academic year, with specific options including language studies, bachelor/master studies, PhD programs, and research visits. The programme is available to foreign students and teachers of higher education institutions, with separate pools for different eligibility criteria.

Solicitud

Submit required documents via the Agency for Mobility and EU Programmes online application system and obtain nomination letters from foreign partner institutions.
