Fulbright Foreign Scholarships 2026/2027 in USA for 4,000 Students (Masters & PhD)

The Fulbright Foreign Student Scholarships Program funds graduate study in the United States for Masters and PhD degrees, and may include non-degree postgraduate studies. It is administered by binational Fulbright Commissions/Foundations or U.S. Embassies and open to international students from more than 155 countries. The program provides funding for the duration of the study, including tuition, textbooks, airfare, a living stipend, and health insurance.
