BMW Group South Africa Graduate Programme

The 2026 BMW Group South Africa Graduate Programme is a structured, full-time program aimed at developing recent graduates through practical work experience, technical and leadership skills development, and mentoring at BMW's National Sales Company in Midrand, Johannesburg. It targets graduates who have finished studies by the end of 2025 or within the last 18 months and are currently unemployed. The program provides hands-on training and exposure to cross-functional teams and international best practices.

Open to South African citizens who are recent graduates or will graduate by the end of 2025 and are currently unemployed.
