Reach Oxford Scholarship

The Reach Oxford Scholarship provides full financial support for international students from low-income and developing countries to study at the University of Oxford. It targets academically gifted students who cannot pursue higher education in their home countries due to financial, political, or infrastructural barriers. The award covers fees and living costs for the duration of the degree, with additional allowances such as a return airfare in some cases.

Applicants must be from low-income or developing countries listed on the OECD DAC list, have secured an offer of admission to Oxford, be applying for their first undergraduate degree, and intend to return to their home country after graduation.

Apply for an undergraduate course at Oxford through UCAS by 15 October 2025, secure an admission offer, then apply for the Reach Oxford Scholarship online between 14 January and 4 February 2026.
