NIAS Golestan Fellowship 2026

The NIAS Golestan Fellowship 2026 invites researchers to conduct research at NIAS, focusing on the medical or biological sciences that interface with the humanities and social sciences. The fellowship is open to non-D Dutch researchers who have already made a significant contribution to their field. Fellows pursue their own research within an international and multidisciplinary scholarly community at NIAS, with opportunities for feedback and collaboration during the residency.

Office at NIAS, access to research facilities, subsidised accommodation (where eligible), personal stipend or Dutch University Grant to the hosting institution, full-time residency at NIAS.

Open to researchers with more than 3 years post Ph.D academic experience whose work is at the interface of medical/biological sciences and humanities or social sciences.
