Dorrit Hoffleit Undergraduate Astronomy Research Fellowship

A summer undergraduate research fellowship in astronomy hosted by Yale University’s Department of Astronomy. It is intended for 2nd- and 3rd-year undergraduate science majors in astronomy, astrophysics, or physics. Participants conduct research at Yale over the summer and receive financial and housing support.

Weekly stipend ($450/week), on-campus housing, 15-meal weekly vouchers, up to $1000 travel reimbursement, and summer research experience at Yale.

Undergraduate science majors in Astronomy, Astrophysics, or Physics in their 2nd or 3rd year at the time of application; students of any nationality; students planning to continue to graduate school are particularly encouraged to apply.
