A six-week summer research program for high school students hosted at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, providing hands-on STEMM research experience in areas such as cancer immunology, neuroscience, artificial intelligence, physics, and engineering. Participants work ~30-35 hours per week in research groups, receive mentoring from faculty and graduate students, and present a research poster at a final symposium. The program includes residential housing, meals, and a monetary award and is intended to broaden participation in STEMM. Activities are primarily in-person on the University of Illinois campus with some online orientation dates.

Requisitos
Rising 10th–12th graders from Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, Iowa, and Wisconsin are encouraged to apply; program is broadly aimed at traditionally excluded populations in STEMM but open to all who meet grade and location eligibility.

Submit an online application including a personal statement and coursework evidence; applicants rank program choices and will be matched to research groups. Each student must apply separately.
