NYC Summer Academy

A two-week pre-college Summer Academy in New York City run by The School of The New York Times offering courses in journalism, media and related fields. The program places students in dorm-like university housing and provides instruction from journalists, editors and media professionals. Sessions cover reporting, editing, photojournalism and narrative writing and aim to prepare rising high school students for college or careers. Multiple two-week terms run through June and July.
