Sobre esta oportunidad
A two-week introductory programme at UKAEA’s Culham Campus covering fundamental plasma physics and its applications including fusion, astrophysics and low-temperature plasmas. The programme includes expert lectures, problem-solving sessions, facility tours (JET, MAST Upgrade), poster sessions, social events and networking opportunities. Lecturers come from UKAEA, Rutherford Appleton Laboratory and leading European universities. The course is directed by Dr Michael Fitzgerald and coordinated by Andrew Wise.

Requisitos
Primarily for Masters and early-career PhD students; students must be over 18 and will generally be in their final year of undergraduate or first year of postgraduate study. Familiarity with electromagnetism and applied mathematics at first-degree level is helpful.
