Sobre esta oportunidad
A one-week international summer school on single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNAseq) in plants, combining lectures and practical work covering experimental design, sample preparation and bioinformatics analysis. It is aimed at early-career plant scientists and emphasizes specific features of plant models and technologies. The program includes participant flash-talks, poster sessions, theoretical and practical modules, discussions and social activities. The teaching language is English and sessions are led by experts from the Saclay Plant Sciences network, Institut Pasteur and ViB Ghent.
