Charge Transport on Ultra‐short Length and Time Scales

A WE-Heraeus seminar that brings together experts to discuss imaging light-matter interactions on length scales with quantum effects and in time domains of femtoseconds or faster. The program focuses on photon-electron interactions, interfaces with strong quantum-mechanical effects, advances in electron microscopy, ultrashort light sources, X-ray lasers, and computational tools such as theoretical spectroscopy and machine learning. The event includes 10 keynote lectures, 16 contributed talks and daily panel discussions, and the conference language is English. The Wilhelm and Else Heraeus-Foundation bears the cost of full-board accommodation for all participants.
