Fully funded short-term fellowship hosted in Portugal, focused on ocean governance, marine conservation, and the blue economy. It aims to empower high-level government officials from developing countries with knowledge and skills to address ocean-related policy issues and to foster international cooperation.

Requisitos

Candidates from UN Member States who are high-level government officials from developing countries and key decision-makers in ocean policy, governance, and management; fluent in English.
