Tejumola Olaniyan Creative Writers-in-Residence Fellowship 2026

The Tejumola Olaniyan Creative Writers-in-Residence Fellowship 2026 is a funded residency for writers engaged in Africa-focused creative expression. It is hosted by The Africa Institute and Global Studies University, with a residency in Sharjah, UAE, and includes accommodation, travel, visa support, and a monthly stipend for fellows. The program welcomes both emerging and established writers working on major literary projects.

Accommodation, return airfare, visa, monthly stipend (10,000 AED per month) for fellows.

Open to both emerging and established creative writers working on a major literary project with at least one published work.
