The Sasol Graduate Development Programme 2026

The Sasol Graduate Development Programme is a 36-month development programme offering intensive training for graduates in engineering and science. It features rotations across Sasol, mentoring and coaching, regular assessments, and a mix of on-the-job experience and formal training. It is designed for graduates who are in the final year of their B.Sc. or B.Eng degrees, or those who have recently completed them, with a focus on developing competencies aligned with the business.

Three-year development programme with rotations, continuous mentorship, formal training and regular progress reviews; extensive on-the-job experience and exposure to business processes.

Applicants must be in the final year of B.Sc. or B.Eng degrees, or have completed them, with limited work experience. South African citizens are preferred.
