The Wema Bank’s Bankers-in-Training (Sales) Program is a specialized entry-level development initiative designed to equip young professionals with foundational and advanced skills required for a successful career in sales and relationship management within the banking industry. The program provides structured training, hands-on experience, and career development opportunities in customer acquisition, product knowledge, and a deep understanding of commercial, corporate, retail and SME banking, with sessions across multiple locations in Nigeria.

Requisitos
Minimum of a Second Class Upper in any business or social science related discipline, 5 credits including Mathematics and English are required, not older than 26 years at application, must have completed NYSC with discharge certificate, and 0-2 years of relevant experience are preferred.
