The DSTI – CSIR African Laser Centre Scholarship Programme supports postgraduate studies in laser and laser applications-related disciplines for students registered at a South African university in 2026. It targets researchers in Africa with active collaborations with South African universities and provides bursary support through the African Laser Centre. Preferences are given to students already involved in ALC collaborations, with annual funding amounts specified for master’s and doctoral studies.
