LEAP Emerge Fellowship 2026-2027 for Young Leaders

LEAP Emerge is an academic year fellowship program for college students designed to develop leadership skills, provide mentorship, and support post-graduate career preparation. Fellows participate in monthly virtual leadership development trainings, are paired with mentors, and work on a Community Impact Project addressing issues faced by Asian and Pacific Islander communities, plus a 30-hour certificate component. The program includes tailored resume reviews, mock interviews, and access to a professional network across industries.

Mentorship from multiple mentors, professional development workshops, resume reviews and mock interviews, career guidance and industry connections, and a certificate for completing required hours.

Open to college students who will be in their last year of undergraduate in the 2026-2027 school year; juniors or 5th years in their last year of college may apply; all students are considered regardless of race or ethnic background.
