The Middle East and Northern Africa (MENA) Scholarship Programme (MSP) 2025/2026 for Study in the Netherlands (Fully Funded)

The MENA Scholarship Programme provides fully funded scholarships for professionals from MENA countries to undertake short courses in the Netherlands. The programme supports capacity development and aims to improve governance and sector performance in participants' home countries. The next application round covers courses in 2025 and 2026, with English as the language of instruction.

MSP scholarships enable professionals to participate in short courses or tailor-made training programmes as part of the MENA Scholarship Programme.

Professionals from eligible MENA countries who are 45 years old or younger at the application deadline, have at least two years of work experience, and have written employer support to participate.
