ITU160 Gender Champions initiative for young women in digital development and digital transformation

The ITU160 Gender Champions initiative invites young women (ages 18–25) worldwide to participate in ITU’s 160th anniversary activities, including the WSIS+20 High Level Event and the AI for Good Global Summit in Geneva. Nine Champions will be selected to engage with stakeholders in the digital and tech sectors, amplify their work in digital development and gender equality, and co-design and facilitate a workshop on promoting gender equality in digital transformation.

Travel to Geneva, accommodation, health and accident insurance, per diem during the event, participation in WSIS+20 High Level Event and AI for Good Summit

Young women (ages 18–25) worldwide, with emphasis on applicants from developing countries, least developed countries, landlocked developing countries and small island developing states, as well as young indigenous women and young women with disabilities.
