The UNIDIR Women in AI Fellowship is a week-long, in-person training in Geneva designed to endow women diplomats with knowledge of policy, legal and technical aspects of AI, including gendered implications. The programme combines education, exploration and networking to prepare Fellows for engagement in multilateral AI discussions related to international peace and security. Up to 30 Fellows are selected, with some sponsored by UNIDIR and others funded by their sponsoring organizations.

Conditions d'éligibilité
The Fellowship is open to women diplomats who are junior to mid-career, representatives of UN Member States, with strong English skills and an interest in security, technology and/or gender.

Applications can be submitted via the UNIDIR call-for-applications webpage; nominations by UN Member States are also invited.
