The Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program at the University of British Columbia provides academically talented young people from Sub-Saharan Africa with access to a university education at UBC. The program supports scholars through tuition, living expenses, and additional services to help them complete their studies and contribute to development in Africa after graduation.

Conditions d'éligibilité
Applicants must have completed a bachelor’s degree, be 35 years old or younger at the time of application, be a citizen or refugee of a Sub-Saharan African country, have lived a significant part of their life in Sub-Saharan Africa, demonstrate economic need, academic excellence under challenging circumstances, leadership qualities or potential, and a commitment to returning to Africa to contribute to development.
