Internews’ Earth Journalism Network (EJN) is offering two grants of 4,500 euros each to media outlets in Nepal to support new media programming on natural resource management and green growth. The objective is to increase the capacity of the media in Nepal to provide innovative and solutions-oriented information to the public and policymakers. Selected outlets will design and pilot a new program and produce at least two stories or episodes as proof of concept, with additional mentorship during the grant period.
Avantages
Grants of 4,500 euros per selected outlet; mentorship from a senior journalist and/or a subject-matter expert to strengthen capacity during the grant period.
Conditions d'éligibilité
Media outlets in Nepal (newspapers, online media, radio, television, multimedia platforms, and social media channels) must propose a new media programming idea and include the production of at least two episodes or stories.
Candidature
Submit a proposal outlining a new media programming idea on the themes with at least two episodes or stories; information available through the EJN Seed Grants page.
