Siswa berasal dari Kalimantan Timur dan/atau bersekolah di Kalimantan Timur, dari SD/MI hingga SMA/SMK/MAN/MAS/Sederajat, SLB, Pesantren dan PKBM; lulusan SMK yang sedang mengikuti sertifikasi keahlian.
