Penn Sustainability and Conservation Science Postdoctoral Fellowship 2026

Applications are invited for a postdoctoral fellowship that bridges academic research at the University of Pennsylvania with conservation practice at The Nature Conservancy, focused on climate change solutions at the interface of science and real-world conservation. The program aims to develop leaders who combine rigorous research with practical conservation impact, benefiting both the Penn and TNC communities.

Outstanding, early-career scientists or engineers who have completed all PhD requirements by the start date; PhD should have been awarded no more than three years before the application deadline.
