Hitachi Young Leaders Initiative 2026

HYLI 2026 is a fully funded youth leadership program that combines in-person conference sessions with online pre-conference meetings and mentoring. It brings together outstanding university students to engage with professionals from business, academia, non-profit, and government sectors, with a focus on sustainability and inclusive growth.

Travelling expenses are covered and accommodation is provided during the conference days. Participants gain access to expert-led forums, field visits, interactive workshops, and the alumni network.

Undergraduate or graduate students from Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and Japan may apply. Up to 4 delegates will be selected from each participating country.
